I have a 15 yr old Tru-Cut H20 w/ a 5 hp Honda that runs great but rear tires are cracking from Az heat. Anyone know how to get them off? I took the lock washers off the outside panels but don't know what to do next so I can unbolt the wheels and remove old tires. Do outer bearings pull out somehow and then how do you get outside spacers off. I'm lost. Thanks for any help!

Sorry, I like to know I am decently well versed in the Tru-Cut but I have never dealt with a tire swap before.

Here is the PARTS BREAKDOWN of a P20. That may help get you started.

Hopefully this will bump up your question and someone here can help!
