I have a 15 yr old Tru-Cut H20 w/ a 5 hp Honda that runs great but rear tires are cracking from Az heat. Anyone know how to get them off? I took the lock washers off the outside panels but don't know what to do next so I can unbolt the wheels and remove old tires. Do outer bearings pull out somehow and then how do you get outside spacers off. I'm lost. Thanks for any help!

Sorry, I like to know I am decently well versed in the Tru-Cut but I have never dealt with a tire swap before.

Yea I looked at that earlier and the P20 appears to be a different set up than the H20. I can only see one pin on mine and it's on the right non drive side

However the parts diagram shows a pin on each side but I can't see it on the gear side
