Is this torpedo grass? Its spreading in a family members St Augustine. Is there anything I can do about it?

Hit whatever it is with Celsius and Speedzone 3 way with surfactant mixed in. See what happens.

You can also paint it with Roundup. The STA will fill in any dead spots pretty aggressively if you're careful.
