Too Late to spray?

I have emerald zoysia in Atlanta, my backyard was slow to green up but finally filling in, im noticing a lot of crab grass in spots along with a low-growing spreading weed with purple flowers that looks like chickweed.

Appears I didnt do enough preemergent last fall and spring.

Question- Is it too late to combat these with a spreading weed and feed? Should i just keep mowing and wait until fall to combat?

I would apply the pre-emergent (keeping an eye on the yearly maximum recommended). The many heavy rainfalls may have diminished the effect of the pre-emergents you had applied.

Did you apply Dithoiopyr by any chance?

@ATLG I would use this:

Just make sure to use early or late and below 90F. With your size yard I would absolutely be looking at using two pre-emergents with different modes of action. It would not hurt to apply now and again around September 1st.
