What are everyone's thoughts on Princess 77. I Live on a half acre of centipede currently and was considering killing the backyard (11,000 sqft)and replacing it with Princess 77. The yard gets 8+ hours of direct sun and I have an irrigation well so water is cheap. I seeded the backyard with tifblair last year and it has done fairly well. I have my soil test results somewhere and the only thing notable was that my pH was 7.9
Photo for reference:

Back right corner is my tiftgrand test plot to determine if I want to sod the front yard with this hybrid Bermuda. I'm not opposed to other grasses but I have no interest in St Aug. Thoughts, questions, any other grasses to consider? I prefer to use sod from http://pikecreekturf.com/ as they are local to me.

If your Centipede is doing well, keep it. Only thing I would do different is start broadcasting prilled sulfur at 5 lb per 1000 sq ft per month and irrigate it in. Bermuda has more needs than Centipede. I would love to be able to grow more Centipede if I could, but it is so salt sensitive.
