So most of the weeds in my lawn are dead, good news!! But now I've got gross yellow spots dotted about. What should i do? Wait the eternity it'll take for them to desintegrate ooooor remove them by hand? What do you guys recommend?

As the others have suggested, just some Nitrogen and water and frequent mowing and you will forget that they were even there in 2-3 weeks at most.

I'll hit it with some nitrogen this weekend. I've been cutting it at 1.5 inches but now I'll go down to 1. Thanks everyone?!
Not with a rotary mower. You might have to go up to 2" to prevent pulling on the runners of the Bermuda. 1" and lower is done with a reel mower.

Spray liquid molasses to speed the deterioration. Or buy some N-Ext D-Thatch, which is basically molasses plus some other stuff.

Molasses is what organic gardeners use on their compost piles
