The plan this fall was to aerate, re seed, put about 1/4” of compost down on my TTTF lawn then do a tenacity app. Then 30 days after germination do another app of tenacity.
A family emergency has delayed the aerating and reseeding and compost for about 2 weeks. However the ground temps now are at about 70 degrees when poa annua is starting to germinate.
my question is can I do an app of tenacity now and then another in two weeks when I reseed? Then 30 days after germination? Is there an amount of time I have to wait to reseed AFTER applying tenacity? I know you have to wait 30 days to apply tenacity AFTER reseeding, but are there any time restraints going the other way? Also when I planned to do two apps I was going to do 5/oz per acre for two apps. Any suggestion on app amount if I am able to do 3 apps. One now, one in two weeks, then one 30 days after germination.
