Tall Fescue PGR Recipe

Looking to use PGR this season on 1k tall fescue. What would be best recipe to include in the tank for success? PGR will be .5oz per K. Supplies on hand are:

FEature 6-0-0
Citric acid
Soluble Urea
Ferrous Sulfate
Ammonium Sulfate
NIS

Most PGRs for turf are perfectly fine applied on their own. People who tank mix other products do so for convenience of application.
