Is this from the Milo I throw down? Or just because we have had a lot of rain recently?? Any way to prevent it? I only have them on this little side part of the yard haha..

I usually let my nephew kicked them or grab a golf club and go to town lol. In all seriousness, they'll will go away once it dries up. I get them where I used to have trees
I still get them too and have not used Milo in a LONG time. It's just a sign of OM breaking down in your soil, most likely grass clippings but like Iriasj said, they will go away once everything dries out. I also tend to get them later in the year, usually sometime after July.
