I’ve seen this on sale for Amazon Prime Days, is it worth it? I’ve read that most ‘winterizing’ treatments are uselsss especially in warmer climates. Help me out here, should I pull the trigger?

Zero reason to do this. A marketing ploy. Do a soil test this winter and it will tell you what npk ratios to use next spring. Will save you money and increase performance.
I agree with @CLT49er! A late-winter soil test like mentioned above is your best bet for knowing what to put down. I don't even see an analysis on that bag.
Serves no purpose. Spend it on a fungicide to avoid any spring dead spot before you buy a bag of this junk. Especially with your centipede. Its very low input.
And a little iron if I recall. The main difference was a little less slow release. So I guess compared to just the typical scotts southern, a little more N, more available and a little iron for keeping it green.
Probably not worth it if its much more than just a usual 30-0-10.
