Sky Cloud Plant Tree Land lot

After a long winter it’s time to get back after it. My turf came out of winter really well. Had a little time last night so cut the side yard with the Hudson Star. Will get the rest of the yard done this weekend. Also planning on planting a putting green with 007 here in a few weeks.

Looks ready! How tall is it? Fine to wait 3 weeks to be sure.
It's about 3/4" in most places

What is your HOC at right now for the green?

.35” right now..do you think I should start overseeding some of those bare areas?
You can likely go lower. You can overseed that but I'm pretty sure that was part of the reason I got bent all over the rest of my lawn. Im sure it was picked up by my feet and the roller. I did such a terrible job on the initial seeding so I had to overseed a couple times. I can't remember the article I read, but it talked about starting cutting it no higher than .25 in if you are trying to get down to greens hight. I can find it if you want.
I talked to a few guys and they said to go around .35” for a week then to .25” then down to .119”…I’ll go lower on it tomorrow

That may have been for fall seedings just so you get it down before winter comes in. Don't think it matters that much. Just need to start cutting it before it gets too tall so not going to matter I don't think.
Mowed the green at .25” and topdressed with 100 pounds of sand.
