Guys I have some very specific questions that I've been mulling around in my head that don't necessarily fit into any neat categories.

1. Everyone's always takin about nitrogen. What about potassium? That leaches, fairly fast, too, ya know. What's a good way to incorporate it?
2. What products are compatible/incompatible? Especially stuff like tsp, lime, and mop. And how much is safe to apply each time?
3. Is it safe to spray seeds with liquid fertilizer?
4. With the late fall fert app, is it ok to use kelp which is a bio stimulant? Would that trigger regrowth?

Fronta1,
Thanks for your other post on your research into pre-emergents.
Re number one, I believe potassium-only fertilizer is for sale here and there. I'm not sure if that is helpful information, but it is something that came to mind.

I've been using SOP (0-0-50) @2lbs/k mainly because of previous soil test and recommendation. I try to do 2 apps (30 days apart) in the Spring and another 2 in the Fall. I try to keep SOP and lime 2 weeks apart.
