I recently purchased a Ryobi 4 gallon battery powered backpack sprayer. It has a variable PSI dial that boasts it can go as high as 90 PSI. Is there a standard PSI setting that most sprayers utilize? It obviously has a major impact on how much and how fast your application goes in addition to your walking pace. I'd think when herbicide or fertilizer companies list their measurements of product per 1k sqft they must have a standard PSI application rate in mind, no?
