Trying to wrap my head around the mixing requirements. I want to mix to kill POA t, grass, you name it. I want to clear things out to Reno them.

They have measurements for .5, 1, 1.5, 2, 5, 10% and then list out various rates per acre.

My thought was to use 2%, but that's only because when I used the 32oz/100 gallon rate it took days to see some yellowing, which to me made it seem that either the product is crap or I did not use enough (weak mix).

Not sure If I follow everything, but here is a quick instructional video from Pronto. They list 3% per Gallon as an effective rate with safe seeding 7 days after application.

thanks, this answers the question. I was at like 1oz per gallon, it did eventually die, just took a while. I may need to step it up to the 3oz and see the difference.
