If it was Prodiamine 65 WDG I don't believe there is a set restriction. However, most sites that sell it always seem to recommend in the Q&A section to wait two days for both before and after.

It is a soil product and the rain/irrigation should have watered it in. I would not be concern with mowing anymore. I would no collect the clippings in the random chance there is still some product in the leafs.

So this is your authorization to mow? Ok good because I was starting to panic.

I would be more concern with item 5 from page 9.

5. Do not apply Quali-Pro Prodiamine 65 WDG to golf course putting greens.
Yours qualify as a putting green. :lol:

Yes, I think you could mow if there is more than 0.5in of rain/irrigation.
