Pre emergent non selective for patio pavers

Hey guys,

So I'm looking for a pre emergant nonselective herbicide to put down on my bike patio & lavarocks to prevent weeds from coming through. What herbicide should I be using for this task?

I have some total vegetation control from tractor supply.. how do I know if that's a pre emergent or a post emergent?
