I've noticed some seed heads popping up in my kbg reno. Leaf blade also has that little ripple in it. The reno is over 60 days now. Temps are still moderately warm here in st louis. My question is should i put down a pre emergent now?

Ripple? That could be poa annua. If it germinated, then PreM won't help anymore.

Ya it looks like annua. Thanks gman didn't want to waste money on prem if it wouldn't do anything for it.

Well, a pre-emergent won't do anything about those that have already germinated, but there may be others still to come that haven't germinated yet...

Agree. I've been hand pulling a little bit of annua in my reno along with some broadleaf weeds.
