Looking for opinions/options for a large scale weed problem after overseeding my front yard last year. The lawn is Vitality's Double Coverage TTTF/KBG 90/10 mix. It came up good last year but I foolishly didn't put down any Fall pre-m and I'm paying for it.
I did at least do a spring pre-m as last year crabgrass killed over half my yard (the reason for the major overseeding).

Wife is not a fan of herbicides/chemicals so unless there's something that's selective and "organic" I can't spray it. I barely got away with doing the spring pre-m. Going forward pre-m in spring and fall will be non-negotiable...
I've been trying to pull as much as possible but 30-60 minutes a day is barely making a dent in the problem. What are my options?
1. Hope it dies in the summer heat and then have to overseed again this fall?
2. Hope it dies in the summer heat and then hope I can fall nitrogen blitz the KBG in the mix to fill in the gaps? How much KBG could I actually expect to be in this mix if it's a 90/10 ratio?
3. Do I need to kill it so that it doesn't take over the yard and choke out all of my good TTTF/KBG?
Any thoughts appreciated, I'm tired of pulling weeds...
