Any idea why this might happen. Need seed just coming up and turning brown at the tips.

I'm no disease expert, but maybe dollar spot. I'm looking at this spot here and the hourglass shape of the blight. I'm sure someone more experienced can confirm. Maybe get some more close ups of some of the damaged blades.
