Deep/hard in ground edging and keep up with mowing/trimming along the border. Consider creating some divider on top like rocks over a weed barrier and keep a grass preventer product down a long that line.
Neighbor Planting Zoysia. How do I keep it out of my Fescue/KBG Mix?
As the title says. There no fence between us. One lawn starts where the other ends. What can I do to selectively keep the zoysia out? The transition happens at a relatively shady area.

Tenacity will reduce/control Zoysia in KBG. Root barrier will prevent/reduce spread but is a pain to install.
Tenacity. Ethofumesate. I also suggest a 10" deep seamless plastic barrier.
