Monaco Bermudagrass seed properties ?

Hey everyone! I'm a long time lurker and first-time poster on this forum. I'm trying to find out if the Monaco Bermudagrass seed is a sterile seed or not ?. I've got a section which is separated by a concrete footpath and have St Augustine. I am just concerned if any of the seed heads from the Monaco might end up in the St Augustine section and germinating (if its not a sterile seed) ?.

My other question is regarding the Hybrid Tahoma 31, is that naturally darker then Monaco or the same ?.

Monoco is not a sterile hybrid; it's an improved common variant. Tahoma 31 is a true hybrid and sterile. I can't speak as to how dark one or the other are. Unless you have them side by side, you'd be hard pressed to tell a difference.

Monaco is not sterile. Since it comes in seed form, means it reproduced grass babies.
I know it’s hard to tell from a photo, but this is T31 at .130”.

This summer I’ll have a few test plots with seed to show differences live time
