what is this? mold? i'm in NY and we've had 2 days of rain.Could that be why? should I put down a fungicide? or will it go away on its own?

It's actually algae. Pretty common, especially if it's been wet. Nothing to worry about, it'll go away on it's own.

The first one looks like mycelium. The images do show a lot of bare dirt areas. Is this a renovation? Have you used milorganite recently?
