Hey All,

Well bone head move on my part, I missed putting down Pre M. I have a good number of Dandelions and a crap ton of Poa Annua running wild. Its strange because the yard was new sod last summer, so seems strange that it would have that much Poa A in it already.

Is Tenacity my best bet for Poa or should I just wait until the temps get hot enough and let the Poa Die on its own then get after it in August and September with Pre M for Winter?

I would let the pop die on its own at this point. If you spray tenacity now it will kill the pow but your lawn will not look good for summer. Put some broad leaf control down for the other weeds. I would then do a pre m app in late summer. Good luck

@Wolverine Thanks for the reply, ya that's the last thing I want is to have a funky looking lawn in the summer. I will spot spray for now then get after it come august.

Missed prem in the spring or fall? Spring prem doesn't do anything against POA a.

So after looking more at @GrassDaddy 's post about KBG and POA thread, I am not sure maybe I just have a lot of good KBG going to seed. Adding some photos to see if anyone can help me identify.
