I have a similar one but the tines are not completely enclosed. Not sure if that helps eject the plugs but if they get stuck it is easy to pop them free. I find it useful along hardscape where a tow behind just wont maneuver easily, also around trees. Recommend getting one to add to your armament of lawn tools. Good luck.
