I leveled part of my front yard this past Saturday. Put down some extra seed and a little fertilizer. Today there are large areas of sand that are turning green. We've had rain everyday for the last four days and not a lot of sun. Anything to be concerned about? It doesn't look like the sun will come out until next week with a couple of inches of rain due through the weekend. Thx.

Don't worry about it. I had that happen in my yard right after I put down some fert and it rained. It too happened on some of the areas that I spread sand. I made the mistake last year of spreading some Milo out, and we got a lot of rain, which on my lot caused the water to pond up pretty significantly. I had all kinds of algae growing in the muck, and it smelled pretty bad. It was no bueno.
