Lawn Identification Help Needed

Hello all. New to the forum. I was hoping someone may be able to help me identify the grass in my lawn. I believe it is Centipede, but am hesitant that it could be St. Augustine or even Zoysia. I'm in Raleigh NC. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

I was looking at my neighbor's lot, who has carpet grass, and it has a distinct purple hue on the stolons, where my other neighbor has centipede, with no purple hue.
