Trying to help a neighbor out. He has Tif 419 and is located in San Antonio. He does cut with a rotary. Was not sure what is causing his grass to turn a yellowish green in the middle of his yard here are some pics. What do y'all think?

He has been doing twice a week ten minutes a zone. I gave him some of my tuna cans and told him to put it out to see how much water he is putting down. Might be under watering. The edges of his lawn look good though. It's the middle where he is getting yellowish. I checked his sprinkler system and he does get 100% overlap as well.

The yellowing and browning of the leaves makes me think fungal. If it is what should I tell him to put down?
With heat coming, I would tell him to lay off the water until the lawn needs it. Bermuda should heel itself quickly enough. I doubt a fungicide app would be any real benefit at this point.
