You have tons of options. But none of them mean anything if you don't know what grass you have, so start with that question. Some herbicides will kill grass "a" and are perfect for grass "b."
Yeah got to be tall fescue. Maybe @Ware could do you a solid and move this topic to the cool season forum so gman and those guys can give you some good recommendations on herbicides. I think fescue tolerates three way herbicides fairly well so that might be an option. If I had to pick I would look at something like Tenacity Herbicide, but the cool season guys will probsbly know of something better.
I'd try Weed-Be Gon Clover Chickweed Oxalis (with the gray cap) on this stuff first. It's often refered to here as simply CCO. The active increedient is triclopyr, sometimes plants require two apps of this herbicide, about 10 days apart.
