Have you ever looked through the NTEP website to look through varieties?

Those are a lot of different variables you are asking for. You’d have to dig through a lot of numbers to find out which ones have all those traits.

I did some brief looking. Blue Gem and Bluebank seem to be some great options.

If you are looking for a blend you should check out 365ss. I did a spring reno of my backyard with it and so far i love it. Its full sun all day and so far its handling our drought and heat fantastic!

 

The ntep website will be a good source for that. The different varieties are all evaluated drought, disease, and color. They even have location based data so you can see how each one fared growing in a climate similar to yours.

 

It also doesn't hurt to reach out to the local extension office for recommendations.

 

Did you end up making a decision? I’m on the South Shore and I’m leaning towards a blend of Midnight, Bewitched and Mazama.
