I have this issue.... it has more to due with the sod farm and the builder not caring much about having an exclusive cultivar of Bermuda in the "builders grade" sod.
Is it possible to make bermuda blades finer?
This question is just based on observation... There are certain parts of my yard and then neighbors that have U3, at best, and some have some fairly fine blades. We have an elderly woman in the neighborhood that has very fine bermuda blades, but she says it's what everyone else's variety is, which is what was laid when the homes were built. Has anyone else noticed this type of thing?
