This spot showed up in my neighbors yard a few weeks back and still hasn't gone away or grown or died. Interested if anyone has any thoughts on it. The house is vacant and their yard is mowed about once every 2 weeks (usually by me).

Could be wrong but it looks like Poa Triv dying off from the heat.
