I'm not sure what this is, but they're popping up in a bed up front and part of the lawn. If I had to guess one of the trees (mine or neighbor) is responsible just because of where they're at.

I've got about 6,453,982,351 maple tree helicopters that land in my property every spring. They are so heavy they fill the cracks in the sidewalk, clog the gutters, and make a carpet in my mulch beds. As you can guess i get these things sprouting all over the place around my house. Luckily the ones in the lawn die within a mow or two, and the ones in the beds are easy enough to zap with the weedwick or the roundup with the cup on the wand.
