That's very nice of you but how do you have time to maintain two lawns! I can barely maintain my own. I tried doing my dads once but he never did any upkeep so I stopped.
I got a nice complement today
I got a phone call from my neighbor who lives two houses down from me this afternoon. I've been spraying, fertilizing and mowing both of our lawns on a regular regimen. His son graduated this year, and he's given me some cash to help keep his place up until his son returns from summer vacation. He said that he walked out this evening, and earlier he noticed how blue-green his yard looked, and that his neighbor commented on how good his lawn looked. That's all fine and good, considering his neighbor has seen me working next door, and he said, "Well maybe I ought to ask CK if he could come take care of my lot too." :lol:

I'm retired, and have lots of time to spend around the house. Fortunately, most of his lawn is pretty level, and free from obstructions, so it's easy to maintain.
