Yesterday I put down 0.25 lb/M of N on an area, mostly urea, around 10AM. It was a fairly small SGN, close to greens grade. We never got rain. Today I inspected it, and some of it had disappeared, but there was still some left. I started watering around 12:45PM. I guess I lost some of it to the air. Yesterday's max temp was only in the mid 60s, and it was misting for part of the day. It was in the mid 70s when I started watering today.
How much N volatiliztion?

With the environmental conditions you mention, I bet not too much volatilization. Urea dissolves pretty easily with moderate amounts of water.
It subsequently got watered in even more with approx. 0.7 inch of rain added to the 0.7 inch of water from the sprinkler earlier.
