So I built a really nice solid wood fence mainly because my neighbours do not take care of their yard and still I have clover showing up in my yard even though I have never had it before.

How much N did you put down so far? I always thought clover was a sign of lack of N in the lawn and clover acts as a way to produce N.

Depending on how much is there you can probably hand pull it. Just make sure you pull right at the base. If it is in lots of areas a herbicide with triclopyr will smoke it. I sprayed a test area in my neighbours lawn with 61.6% triclopyr and it killed most of it in one app. They have a lot of clover. When it cools down some I'm going to do a blanket app on there lawn.

Definitely no lack of N. I just noticed only this small patch. I'll pull it by hand. Hope no more shows up.
