Wanted to ask for some feedback from owners of these two models.
Likes? Dislikes? Open to any and all feedback.
I'm in need of a new push mower and narrowed it down to either Toro or Honda.
Gotta say I am liking the Honda mowers a lot.

The Honda's I'm considering are the HRX217HYA and the HRR216VYA.

I have never used any of the newer Honda's but it would be hard to go wrong with them. I have a 18+ year old Honda HRC215 and that thing still runs like a champ for all the torture I put it through.

I like the more powerful engine of the HRX. Of course, it also carries a higher price...

I own an HRX217 and am happy with it. Out of the box though I had to tweak the governor spring to get better suction and more power. You might want to do the same. I expect this mower to last forever so for $200 more to upgrade to the more powerful 190cc engine and other additional features like the nexite deck, key start, I think it's worth it (think of it like $20 a year for the next 10-15 years for the better mower).
