Any direction provided is appreciated. Last fall I renovated with HGT, Nuglade, and Everest. Before I get killed ....I now know all those cultivars provided me with a Skittles taste the rainbow colored lawn. After a brutal drought it appears the HGT is going to survive. While as you can see nothing else is going to make it. It has me really wanting to amend my soil and redo it with HGT solely. My question is really if I plan to do only HGT... Should I nuke the entire lawn or try and overseed using HGT since 50 percent appears it will survive. Is there a down side to either way? If so any input provided will be appreciated... I really don't want to add fescue because I would like to cut 2 inches or below in the future... And if there is a new cultivar that will provide HGT like performance with a darker color. That would be welcomed as well
