Dont stress broad leaf ID's so much. Threeway with 2,4,d or triclopyr (weedbgone cco) will smoke 99.999% broad leaf weeds. Only worry abiut ID'ing them if your 3way or triclopyr apps dont kill it.
I cant tell from the images. But like LawnNerd said, forget about the name and apply something. It look like a spurge, so i would use weed b gon CCO to be faster than regular WBG.
