Help! Arborvitae- Junior Giant or Green Giant?

Help me please!

I'm planting trees along my property line in the spring. Zone 6A. Neighbor has a 4 foot tall chain link fence.

I want to block them out fast. I plan on buying mature trees (5ft tall?). I need help with spacing. My current goal is to remain 3 feet from the fence.

I can't find any information about Junior Giants. Some sites say if Regular Giants are grouped 5 feet apart they won't mature to full height?

I'm mostly interested in blocking out the neighbor quickly but respectfully. Any progress pictures or information about planting along a fence is appreciated!

(I'm not interested in Emerald Green. Every one I see around here are bald on the bottom)
Planted giants 5 ft apart and they were 5 ft tall. This is them 3.5 years later…. Technically you should plant them further apart which might help with reducing disease damage but certainly isnt stopping vertical growth.

They're beautiful, almost didn't notice the fence! (6ft??)
They are regular giants? May I ask how far they are from the fence?
Fence is 6ft. Think they are planted 5ft from fence. I had to trim them this year because they were growing on and through the fence. They handle spring time pruning well. If I think of it, I will send a current pic later today. Trees are now 7 years old (since planted). Even thicker and taller. Best thing I did for my property. There are 12 houses in my backyard that I could be starring at if it werent for these. Fingers crossed they live a long happy life.
