This is probably hands down the best spot of my lawn which gets both shade on one area and full sun right in the next and it always looks great. I'd like to overseed my mixed lawn with whatever it is. ID away please, thank you!









Photos of the rest of my cluster of a backyard. Holes are where I dug out large fescue clumps.

Thanks j4c11, is that just the one spot? I've spot seeded with perennial rye the last few years. What would you suggest I overseed with? If I overseed with tall fescue would I run into clumping issues like I did with the k31?

Someone please correct me if I am wrong on this one, but I believe that you will only see that clumping pattern in the TTTF if it is applied too heavily. If you stick to the recommended rates, you should be fine.

I recognize several of those cultivars. Cochise IV is an excellent choice. It has been too long since I've read on the other cultivars to comment on them.
