I just ordered 4 bags of this for $20/bag, coverage is 5k sq. ft per 25 lb. bag. Looks like corn meal gluten, but haven't found a source of exact contents. It does say it's not animal byproduct.

Looks like a good price at $4/sq ft. for organic granular, and doesn't contain any phosphorus. Anyone tried it?

It's a little cheaper at home depot even

Milorganite is cheaper for nitrogen, even at regular price. Milorganite also has 2.5% of chelated iron.

36lb * 0.06 = 2.16lb of N @ $13 bag = $6/lb of N

vs.

25lb * 0.10 = 2.5lb of N @ $20 bag = $8/lb of N

Good point. I'll give this a shot and report back in a couple months how it does. Trying to increase OM in the soil as lawn was neglected by previous owner for years, and had it on a strict Milorganite diet last year other than the winterizer.
