I wouldn't. I would use 2-4d or something along those lines. What weeds are you dealing with? Pics would be nice

 

Unless its some kind of resistant weed I'd say it's unnecessary.

My goto weed spray is Speedzone or Fertilome 3 way (2,4d, dicamba, etc) with MSM and Prodiamine.

Spray it once and be done for 6 months.

 

I will try to get some pics tomorrow. Im pretty sure I have some henbit along with some grassy taller weed that I'm not sure of.

 

The grassy weeds you could spot spray gly for cheap, but there are other options as well that are more pricey. All broadleaf you could get 2-4-d and use this time of year

 

My experience with glyphosate during the winter had always drastically reduced my green up. So I avoid it except when spraying the crap on the border of my fence and the pasture

I will hit it with some trimec 2-4-d 3 way that I have and whatever that doesnt get, I will hit with Celsius. Just trying not to use up my Celsius if I dont have to.

What do you guys think about pre-m timing? I dont want to scalp too early, but want to dethatch and don't want to pre-m and then disturb the surface/break the barrier with a power rake. On the other hand, I definitely don't want to be late with the prodiamine.

 

I'd hit it with that 3 way and what grassy weeds that remain most likely won't survive once the heat sets in. IMO save the Celsius for temps above 85°
