We got a warm spell. Soil Temps will be around 76 for a week and then start to drop and should be under 70 in 2 weeks. My question: Will the seed germinate at these temps (and by the time it starts to be visible temps should be more favorable )

It will germinate if you keep it moist and there's sunshine. I'm thinking the nights will be cool so the soil won't be as hot as you think plus fall is here shorter days of sunlight
I overseeded unknowingly just before a heat wave in the upper 80's last month. It turned out fine. Just keep the seed moist but not over watered.
