I noticed this tonight. The affected area is small so far at ~6" diameter, and only the top 1/4"-1/2" of the grass blade.

My mower blade is freshly sharpened.

The rest of lawn looks good right now, but we are having another cool, dewy night, after quite a bit of rain today. Hoping this doesn't turn into a bigger problem.

I've googled and googled and can't seem to nail down a diagnosis.

@Sinclair Have you used tenacity recently?

Also, it is kind of difficult to tell because of the white color, but some of your tips look ripped.

Also, look into Typhula/ snow mold
I'm not that knowledgeable of diseases, but with the white-ish color, that comes to mind.
