Fungicide Selection Advice

Started off on a preventive program, but two outbreaks of dollarspot made me switch up my rotation a bit. I do not spray fungicide unless there is a risk of an outbreak based on the weather and the syngenta forecast maps. Here is what I have done so far
07/01: Azoxystrobin preventative rate
07/27: Outbreak of dollarspot, treated with Eagle 20W and Clearys
08/27: Preventative rates for azoxystrobin and Eagle 20
09/20: Preventative rate of Clearys, bad weather in the forecast.

Today: Outbreak of what appears like brown patch? This occured after 14 inches of rain over the period of 5 days. It has been a week since we have had sun in SE houston and temperatures are hovering in the 70s. Fungacide is all over my lawn.

My question is, do I rotate back to azoxystrobin for a curative rate, mix azoxystrobin and eagle 20 at preventative rates?

Any suggestions are welcomed. I am trying to prevent any type of resistance from building up.

Next year, I will be adding in a class 7 fungicide to help me manage dollarspot.

Interested to see what others have to say. I'm having similar issues with my SA (also in Houston). Hoping that once the sun comes out this weekend and dries things up, the turf conditions will improve. The yellowing you see is most likely temporary chlorosis from all the rain we've gotten lately. My lawn was pretty yellow the past couple days but has greened up after the rain finally stopped.

Thanks everyone for the advice. It does appear that there is some leafspot upon closer inspection. I usually only get leaf spot on my St Augustine so this would be a first.

Hoping to take a closer look this weekend under a microscope to see if I can definitively identify it
