My 2019 Ego mower battery is stuck in the mower. The battery compartment is pretty much enclosed and I can't get the button to pop the battery up. Any help is appreciated.

Did you leave the battery in the mower over the winter in an unheated area? Maybe the battery has expanded and is wedged in there?
Did you press down on the top of the battery then press the button? Maybe smack it with a rubber mallet see if that will help.
Lots of post in the internet about them going bad.
