I have Echo SRM 225, 10+ yrs old, runs great on the first start; after running for 30 minutes or more, it won't restart. I've changed carburetor, plug, air filter, hoses. Starts great every morning, runs great. Does it overheat? I've checked and double-checked, but can't seem to resolve. SteveC

1. Make sure you aren't flooding it on the re-start.
2. Test to see if the issue is fuel related by spraying a little fuel mix down the carb throat and trying to restart.
3. If not fuel related, the ignition module could be getting weak once it's warmed up. Echo used to have a lifetime warranty on their ignition modules - could be worth looking into.
