I believe they are these flowers:

Scallia is is pretty, but im afraid they will crowd out grass. Should i kill with RU or do they die of themselves without much damage? They are in a TTTF lawn

I wouldn't use Round Up as that is usually a non selective herbicide and will kill off your grass or anything green it touches. I like Bayer Advanced All-In-One Lawn Weed & Crabgrass Killer. Available on Amazon and fairly inexpensive, easy to mix. I usually like to spot treat weeds and then hit them again 3 or 4 days later for best results. I've also done a couple blanket treatments with no harmful effects on the rest of my lawn and grass. Keep in mind, it's not as powerful as commercially available herbicides, but I am always one to try and stay as organic as possible in my lawn, thus the necessity for possibly multiple treatments to really zap the Scalia.

This is super invasive and Bayer Advanced or other products using 2, 4d won't do anything to them. You'll have to use glyphosate to kill them. I'd recommend using a cheap foam brush and gloves to paint it on if this area is small enough, so you don't kill too much grass. You might need 2 or more applications, 1.5-2 weeks apart. If it is widespread, you might have to either live with it or spray the whole area and reseed.
