Seems a little early for Bermuda going dormant (at least of its healthy). However I have a few spots (mainly corners) that has been brown/struggling and it honestly looks dormant. I did a mini-scalp and PGR 2 weeks ago. The lawn looks decent for the most part but this is what I'm referring to.

FWIW I've not had problems with this spot or others until now (so I doubt there are rocks underneath)

All you need is to give it a little extra water and it should bounce back.

I'll try that. Rest of lawn looks ok but it is next to concrete. It's just D-E-A-D as in brown, dry, crusty (exactly like dormant Bermuda)...except it's only September and temps are still 50-85
