After some extensive disease ID research I've concluded I've got some dollar spot developing in my yard. Other than keeping proper cultural practices and keeping sufficient N levels, what can I do to fight it now that it's here? Will using any old Fungicide kill the "good" fungi I'm trying to build in my lawn? Is there a fungicide that treats dollar spot without harming the good stuff? I just put down 1 lb/k of N on 7/28. Would I be fine stepping back and letting the grass recover on its own?

Thanks Y'all!

Makes me think I was right and have the same thing going on.

Just yellow under canopy, like it's dying off. Some spots on leaves but not all of them.

Gonna spray some eagle 20W today if I can and see if it helps.

The weather is perfect for it and I'm guilty of giving the yard a drink at 10-11pm before bed.

Just to give some context, was out of town for 10 days and got back on the 27th. Scalped and fertilized on the same days and a few days later started getting several yellow 1 in. Diameter circles around the yard. Mostly concentrated in the back (full sun all day). Some of the brown/yellow is the lawn recovering from scalping.

I'd go ahead and treat @ATLawn

I think our conditions and weather lately have been ideal. I too scalped and I'm seeing a lot of dead material even under some of the green blades.

Your turf looks good still- I'd say it'll recover fine with a treatment or two I'd imagine. This cooler weather and huge amounts of dew in the mornings can't be helping

Any recomended biofungicides? or chemical fungicides that won't inhibit mychorrizal growth? Forgive me, I'm brand new to lawn disease treatments and potential side effects.
