After 4 hours you can water it in to avoid any potential risk of burn (using the word potential because it all depends on you applying it correctly. So if you want to hedge your bets, just water it after 4-6 hours just to be sure.)
You can also water the lawn the day of the spray to ensure the grass is not pre-disposed to burning.
Or, as another commenter on that thread shared, they just double the carrier volume (water) and that worked for them to avoid burn risk.
